I turned a few colour shots to some black&white ones.
Since I use NiK Software´s tool Silver Efex for this, I love BW.

Basel, my swiss beauty

A little hommage to my beloved swiss town Basel, where I have been over the last decade very often.
I have been back in this city for a few moments and always when I come back, I visit the red city hall and the statue of the roman, who is responsible, that this town was build once in the roman empire.



Another statue I visit always is this old lady Helvetia, sitting next to the river Rhine and watch it flow.
The title of the statue is "Helvetia on a journey".

Germany is wonderful in summertime

I was the weekend in the area Rhön, next to the town Fulda.
The nature is so fantastic there, I loved the green fields and the sky I found there.




Summer arrived last weekend here, more than 30°C reached this region, much too hot and my balance was hard to find because of this heat..........

after a sunshiny end of month April, finally the changing month May is here.

Rain Rain Rain and no end...................but sometimes it must rain, that the sun can shine afterwards.

I was walking yesterday in my little village in France, Alsace, called Rosenau and I have seen some snails.

I picked one for a shooting in my kitchen.

this is the view out of my studio, my kitchen window.

I love this place very much, also in winter.
trees are so good, but this days a pollum of one sort is flying around and I am allergic against this................so imagine my eyes
